The goods are carefully sorted in multiple stages by our 30-person team in our sorting facility in Poland. The packages also include new items with manufacturer tags. The clothing is sourced from trusted, certified suppliers in Germany and England. Controlling the sources of supply and the fact that we do not operate retail stores ensures that the goods are not defective, and all the best pieces of clothing are included in our sales packages.

Our German company, Ecotex Germany, responsible for collecting original textiles, undergoes annual inspections and is certified by TÜV Rheinland – a leading international provider of industrial inspection services.

Our sorted clothing packages are prepared by Ecotex Poland employees, using unsorted textiles sourced by Ecotex Germany.
